When you decide to take on weight and fitness programme, what do you need? motivation support and like minded people, plus being answerable to yourself and someone. if you try it on your own we all know we can fail, but if we do it with people who understand and guide you, it can be fun and enjoyable. Plus the fitness gets better and your weight decreases Win Win situaton.
So lady S has given us a week of HIIT workouts to do! I love the gym, love the feeling after a great session, I, however am wondering how I am to make it through the week with all this cardio??? 🙈 today with the sun shining it was hard, I felt like i was in the desert! However, i know my cardio needs major improvement! So heres hoping and praying to all the gods in the world i make it through it! 😂 If anyone has any tips for during HIIT workouts please feel free to share them with me 😇 thanks!
